在实际教学中,学生常常有种“为什么这个题我老是错?”的焦虑感,老师也常常有种“我都讲了很多遍了,为什么你就是记不住?”的挫败感。其实,这就是因为在课堂中,学生自己动手动脑做过的事情,甚至是犯过的错误往往是一种深度体验,而极难忘怀。而老师讲的东西,如果不能给学生的错误带来更深的体验,形成正迁移的话,往往只能停留在表面。所以要提高课堂的效率,对促进学生深度体验的核心问题和教学策略的研究就显得尤为重要。本文尝试从这个角度,通过一节公开课课堂学生的输出来讨论体验性目标引导策略的运用及达成。
In the actual teaching, students often have a kind of “why is this question always wrong?”, The teacher also often has kind “I have talked many times, why you just can not remember?” Frustrated. In fact, this is because in the classroom, students do things their own brain, or even made mistakes are often a deep experience, but very unforgettable. What the teacher says can only stay on the surface if it can not bring a deeper experience to students’ mistakes and form a positive transition. Therefore, in order to improve the efficiency of the classroom, it is very important to study the core issues and teaching strategies to promote students’ deep experience. This article attempts to discuss the use and achievement of experiential targeting strategies from this perspective through the output of an open class student.
