In recent years, the discussion on the quality of mathematics thinking can be described as numerous. This study attempts to cluster numerous analytical qualities into clusters using cluster analysis methods so as to better train students’ mathematical thinking qualities in the mathematics teaching process. 1 Research objects and methods From the junior high school standardized test questions, 56 questions were selected for the broadness, depth, originality, criticality, logic, demonstration, flexibility, and agility of mathematical thinking quality.
