摘要:科技创新已成为实现我国经济绿色与可持续发展的重要推动力,在国家发展战略中的地位和作用从未像今天这样重要和紧迫。同样地,科技创新效率的提高也迫在眉睫。本文运用异质性随机前沿模型评价了我国30个省市的科技创新效率,同时分析了金融生态环境的区域差异对科技创新效率的影响。结果表明:我国科技创新效率整体水平不高,而且地区差异显著,东部地区明显高于中西部地区;金融生态环境的区域差异对科技创新效率的影响方面,政府支持分别对东部和西部地区的科技创新效率有显著的抑制和促进作用;金融发展则对中西部地区的科技创新效率具有明显的抑制作用。

Abstract: Sci-tech innovation has become an important driving force to achieve the green and sustainable development of China’s economy, whose status and role in national development strategy has never been as important and urgent as today. Similarly, to improve sci-tech innovation efficiency is also imminent. Through heterogeneous stochastic frontier model, the paper evaluates the sci-tech innovation efficiency in 30 provinces and municipalities in China, also analyzes the influence of regional differences of financial ecological environment on sci-tech innovation efficiency. The results show that the overall level of China’s sci-tech innovation efficiency is not high. Moreover, there are significant regional differences in sci-tech innovation efficiency, which in eastern region is remarkably higher than that in central and western regions. In terms of the influence of regional differences of financial ecological environment on sci-tech innovation efficiency, government support plays a significant role in inhibiting and promoting the efficiency of sci-tech innovation efficiency in eastern and western regions respectively, while financial development has obvious inhibitory effect on sic-tech innovation efficiency in central and western regions.
