本文重点阐述了山东能源集团在实施ERP时遇到的组织结构、人事管理等人力资源管理方面的难点,结合这些难点分析人力资源管理(HR)在企业ERP实施中的作用,并提出了相关处理方法。
This article focuses on the difficulties encountered by Shandong Energy Group in human resources management such as organizational structure and personnel management when implementing ERP. Combined with these difficulties, this paper analyzes the role of human resources management (HR) in the implementation of ERP in enterprises and puts forward the relevant treatment method.
