Tapas这种西班牙小菜,可谓其饮食国粹。在当地,人们常常在入夜后约上亲朋好友到餐厅聚餐,快乐地闲话家常,而Tapas正代表着这种热情友好的生活方式。uno más的创办人早年曾旅居巴塞罗那,被当地独具魅力的饮食文化深深吸引,随后决定将这种饮食风格带到香港。虽然西班牙餐厅在国内也颇为常见,但是在亚洲,uno más却是少有的聘请了西班牙主厨的一间。主厨David Izquierdo Jover来自西班牙瓦伦西亚,曾任职于EI Bulli Hotel的米其林餐厅,也曾师从著名西班牙糕点师Paco Torreblanca。
Tapas this Spanish side dishes, can be described as their diet quintessence. Locally, people often pamper themselves with friends and family after a night of nights, happily gossiping, and Tapas is representing this warm and friendly lifestyle. The founder of uno más, who had lived in Barcelona for a long time, was deeply attracted by the unique local culinary culture and decided to bring this style of eating to Hong Kong. Although Spanish restaurants are also common in the country, una más in Asia is one of the few to hire a Spanish chef. Chef David Izquierdo Jover, from Valencia, Spain, worked for the Michelin restaurant at EI Bulli Hotel and taught under the famous Spanish patisserie Paco Torreblanca.
