利用[S0H+][X-I+]自组装路线,在F127-TEOS-H2O-HCl(F127:(EO)106(PO)70(EO)106,TEOS:正硅酸乙酯)四元体系下合成了球形SBA-16,并用XRD、SEM、TEM、N2吸附-脱附进行了表征;同时研究了HCl量、模板剂量及温度对形貌的影响。研究表明,在合成的产物是SBA-16的前提下,较大HCl浓度(1.6~2.0mol/L)、适当的模板剂浓度(TEOS:F127=0.025~0.040),适中的反应温度(28~32℃)有助于球形形貌的合成。较优的反应摩尔比为1.00TEOS:0.0049F127:6.4HCl:167H2O,较优的反应温度为30℃。与其它方法相比,本法较为简单,不需要额外的微波辅助、模板剂或其它溶剂。
The synthesis was carried out using a self-assembly route of [S0H +] [X-I +] in a quaternary system of F127-TEOS-H2O-HCl (F127: (EO) The spherical SBA-16 was characterized by XRD, SEM, TEM and N2 adsorption-desorption. The influences of HCl concentration, template dosage and temperature on morphology were also studied. The results showed that under the premise of SBA-16, the higher concentration of HCl (1.6-2.0mol / L), the appropriate concentration of template (TEOS: F127 = 0.025-0.040) and the moderate reaction temperature 32 ℃) contribute to the synthesis of spherical morphology. The optimal reaction molar ratio is 1.00 TEOS: 0.0049F127: 6.4HCl: 167H2O, and the optimal reaction temperature is 30 ° C. Compared with other methods, this method is simple and does not require additional microwave-assisted, templating or other solvents.
