目的 :血栓闭塞性脉管炎 (thromboangitis obliterans,TAO)病因研究的关键环节是血栓闭塞性脉管炎模型复制 ,本研究希望提供一个可靠、确实的复制方法。方法 :针对多种致病因素 ,采用烟草致敏、寒冻、注射 TAO免疫提取物、影响性激素水平等方法 ,对 Wister实验大白鼠进行动物模型的复制。结果和结论 :通过体征观察、常规病理观察、扫描电镜观察、血液流变学检查及中医辨证分型 ,并与已确诊的人类 TAO比较 ,可基本确认研制结果符合血栓闭塞性脉管炎动物模型
OBJECTIVE: The key link in the study of the etiology of thromboangitis obliterans (TAO) is the replication of thromboangiitis obliterans. This study sought to provide a reliable and definitive method of replication. Methods: According to a variety of causative factors, animal models of Wister experimental rats were replicated by using tobacco sensitization, freezing, TAO immunosuppression, and sex hormone levels. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: Compared with the diagnosed human TAO, it can be basically confirmed that the results are consistent with the animal model of thromboangiitis obliterans through the observation of signs, routine pathological observation, scanning electron microscopy, hemorheological examination and TCM syndrome differentiation.
