10MW高温气冷实验堆(HTR-10)一回路舱室冷却系统是反应堆重要安全系统之一。由余热排出系统和屏蔽冷却系统两部分组成。非能动式余热排出系统以自然循环方式排出余热,排除了系统对外界动力的依赖性,余热最终经空气冷却器由空气自然对流排往大气。该文提出的非能动系统配以能动系统组成舱室冷却系统设计、采用可调遮热板控制辐射传热量,构成了HTR-10一回路舱室冷却系统新的设计思想和系统组成方案,并据此完成了相应的工程设计。该方案不仅简化了系统、降低了造价、缩短了工期,而且使系统的可靠性得以提高。
10MW High Temperature Gas-cooled Experimental Reactor (HTR-10) The primary circuit cooling system is one of the most important reactor safety systems. By the waste heat removal system and shielding cooling system composed of two parts. The passive residual heat removal system discharges the residual heat in a natural circulation mode, which eliminates the dependence of the system on the external power. The residual heat is finally discharged to the atmosphere through the air cooler by the air convection. The passive system proposed in this paper is composed of an active system composed of cabin cooling system and an adjustable heat shield to control radiative heat transfer, which constitutes a new design idea and system composition scheme of the primary cooling system of HTR-10. Completed the corresponding engineering design. The program not only simplifies the system, reducing costs, shorten the construction period, but also to improve the reliability of the system.
