初中实验室一般由理化生实验室构成,它们既是学生获得直接知识的教学场所,也是学校进行实践教学的主要基地,对提高学生的学习兴趣,促其深刻理解和牢固掌握课堂知识,培养其操作实验的基本技能和技巧,树立其创新精神,提高其实践能力,以及使其获得研究科学的方法和能力均具有特殊作用。那么,学校应如何充分利用现有资源发挥实验室的功能,提高其使用效率呢?对此,笔者所在学校在“配”“管”“用”3方面进行了以下探索与实践。
