研究固硫灰掺量对硫氧镁水泥的抗压强度、耐水性、体积稳定性的影响。结果表明:在试验掺量范围内,随着固硫灰掺量的增加,硫氧镁水泥的抗压强度、耐水性和体积稳定性提高;当固硫灰的掺量为20%时,硫氧镁水泥的3、7、28 d抗压强度较未掺固硫灰的分别提高48.37%、33.33%、22.02%,软化系数由0.80提高到0.92,56 d线性膨胀率由4.527×10~(-3)降低到0.444×10~(-3)。同时,用XRD、SEM、压汞仪等测试方法研究了水泥石的物相组成、微观形貌、孔隙率等随固硫灰掺量的变化规律。
The effect of sulfur content on the compressive strength, water resistance and volume stability of MgO cement was studied. The results show that the compressive strength, water resistance and volume stability of MgO cement increase with the increase of the content of sulfur-fixing dust in the range of test dosage. When the content of sulfur-fixing dust is 20% The compressive strength of magnesia cement at 3, 7 and 28 d increased by 48.37%, 33.33% and 22.02%, respectively, and the softening coefficient increased from 0.80 to 0.92. The linear expansion rate of magnesia cement from 4.527 × 10 ~ -3) to 0.444 × 10 -3. At the same time, the change law of the phase composition, the morphology and the porosity of the cement stone with the content of the sulfur-fixing dust was studied by XRD, SEM and mercury porosimetry.
