在新课改的要求下,高效课堂给教师提出了很多的专业素质要求。在课堂改革中,教师都积极学习不同的高效课堂经验,从而运用到自己的课堂之中。但教学内容是枯燥的,不同的教师必须用个性的教学方法和手段才能吸引学生参与课堂,达到高效吸收。教师在专业素质之外的非专业素质是体现教师授课特色和提高课堂效果的重要组成部分。
In the requirements of the new curriculum reform, efficient classroom to teachers put forward a lot of professional quality requirements. In the classroom reform, teachers are actively learning different efficient classroom experience, which applied to their own classroom. However, the teaching content is boring. Different teachers must use individual teaching methods to attract students to participate in the classroom and achieve effective absorption.
