编者的话:农村实用人才带头人培训工作自2006年启动试点以来,可以说“星星之火”渐成燎原之势,通过理论与实践的结合,参加培训的农村实用人才和大学生村官满载收获而归,真正成为“启发一个,带动一批”的领头羊。如何组织农民培训,如何建设培训基地,怎样不断完善培训体系和培训内容,各地农业部门和基地探索出一些实用、有效的经验。相信在这种教学相长的过程中,未来农村发展的骨干力量正成长起来。本期,我们选登部分地区的典型做法供学习和借鉴。
Editor’s Note: Training of Rural Practical Talents Leaders Since the launch of the pilot in 2006, it has been said that the “spark of the stars” has gradually become a prairie fire. Through the combination of theory and practice, the rural practical personnel and the village official Reap and return, truly become “Inspired one, led a group of ” leader.
