匹配思想在人类意识体系中有着非常重要的地位。无论是广义上的管理学研究还是信息系统(IS)研究中,都有大量体现匹配思想的理论,用以指导人们更好地实现社会、组织、人、任务、技术、工具之间的匹配,以达到最好的绩效。本文系统综述了IS研究中以匹配思想为基础的系列理论,通过回顾其提出背景、对匹配的理解、主要理论构面以及相关验证性研究,试图厘清IS学科中匹配理论的发展脉络,探讨匹配理论的最新发展,希望给出匹配理论的全貌,为今后更好地应用匹配理论进行IS研究打下基础。
Matching ideas in the human consciousness system has a very important position. There is a large number of theories that reflect the idea of matchmaking in both general management studies and information system (IS) research to guide people to better match society, organization, people, tasks, technologies and tools, To achieve the best performance.
