目的探讨纳米氧化铝暴露对雄性小鼠生殖系统的影响以及可能的机制。方法 ICR种系雄性小鼠随机分成溶剂对照组(生理盐水)、10μm粒径氧化铝组(50 mg/kg)、50 nm粒径氧化铝组(50 mg/kg)和13 nm粒径氧化铝组(50 mg/kg)。每组8只,鼻腔滴注染毒,观察一般生殖损伤、生殖激素变化以及氧化应激检测。结果染毒期间各组雄鼠体重变化没有明显差异(P>0.05);纳米氧化铝染毒结束后雄鼠睾丸脏器指数以及精子计数都有不同程度的降低(P<0.05);与溶剂对照组相比其余各组血清中生殖激素都有相应的降低(P<0.05);与溶剂对照组相比其余各组睾丸组织中氧化应激水平都有显著的变化(P<0.05)。结论纳米氧化铝暴露能够对雄性小鼠产生一定的生殖损伤,且这种损伤可能与其引起雄鼠生殖激素变化以及睾丸组织的氧化应激有关。
Objective To investigate the effects of nano-alumina exposure on the reproductive system of male mice and its possible mechanism. Methods ICR male mice were randomly divided into solvent control group (saline), 10μm alumina group (50 mg / kg), 50 nm alumina group (50 mg / kg) and 13 nm alumina Group (50 mg / kg). Each group of 8, nasal drip injection, observe the general reproductive injury, reproductive hormones and oxidative stress testing. Results There was no significant difference in body weight between male and female rats during exposure (P> 0.05). The testis organ index and sperm count of male rats decreased to some extent after exposure to nano-alumina (P <0.05) (P <0.05). Compared with the solvent control group, the levels of oxidative stress in the testicular tissue of the other groups had significant changes (P <0.05). Conclusion Exposure to nano-alumina can cause reproductive injury in male mice, and this damage may be related to the changes of reproductive hormones and the oxidative stress in testis.
