随着改革开放以来经济的飞速发展,民营企业在国民经济中的比重逐步提高,对经济的发展也发挥着巨大的促进作用,但随着全球经济一体化,以及对现代企业管理理论的深入研究,加上我国民营企业自身的特点,使得民营企业在人力资源管理上的问题逐步显现出来,不但影响民营企业自身的长足发展,还在一定程度上制约我国经济的健康稳步发展,所以应该针对民营企业在人力资源管理上自身的缺陷和特点,找出适合民营企业的改善对策,破除发展壁垒。
