国有企业一直以来都是我国国民经济的支柱,在国民经济的发展过程中一直处于支配地位。随着我国改革开放的进一步深入及大量外资企业的涌入、大规模民营经济的发展,使得我国国有企业人才大量流失。从这一现象就可以反映出国有企业在人力资源管理方面的不足。基于此,重点针对国有企业人力资源管理,对当前国有企业在人力管理领域存在的问题进行探究,并分析其原因,制定解决方案。
State-owned enterprises have always been the pillar of our national economy and have always been in a dominant position in the development of the national economy. With the deepening of China’s reform and opening up and the influx of large numbers of foreign-funded enterprises and the development of large-scale private economy, a large number of Chinese state-owned enterprises have lost talents. From this phenomenon, it can reflect the lack of state-owned enterprises in human resources management. Based on this, focusing on the management of human resources in state-owned enterprises, the current state-owned enterprises in the field of human management problems are explored, and analyze the causes and formulate solutions.
