学困生一直以来都让老师很头痛。学困生在掌握知识点的时候所依据的往往是次要的、非本质的特征;他们阅读的速度、质量及书写的速度都远不及正常的标准。他们懒于思考,懒于动笔,更懒于记忆;他们学习时的注意力特别容易分散。要转化这些学习困难的孩子不能蛮干,需要一些策略,比如课堂问题优先回答,课上多留心他们,与他们一起学习,作业以基础知识为主等等。
Poor students have always been a headache for teachers. Students with learning difficulties are often based on secondary and non-essential features in their mastery of knowledge; their speed, quality, and speed of writing are far less than normal. They are too lazy to think, too lazy to write, and lazy to remember; they are particularly prone to distraction during their studies. To transform these children with learning difficulties can not be foolhardy, you need some strategies, such as priority questions in the classroom, pay more attention to them in class, learn with them, assignments based on basic knowledge and so on.
