作者在自己多年从事科研和教学工作的基础上,通过对教学与科研两个不同又相互关联领域的分析,指出这两个方面的关系是互为补充和相互依存的。没有科研的教学,容易固步自封、停滞不前,失去深化与前进的动力和源泉,而没有教学为依托的科研则很可能成为空中楼阁或阳春白雪,找不到应用的空间和检验的平台。只有将这两者科学和有机地结合起来,才可能找到提升教学质量与效果的方向,才能在培养社会所需要的高质量、应用型人才的理念和目标上迈出稳重的步伐。
Based on his years of research and teaching work, the author analyzes the two different and interrelated fields of teaching and research and points out that the relations between the two aspects are complementary and interdependent. Without scientific teaching, it is easy to stand still, stalled, lose the motivation and source of deepening and advancing. However, science-based research without teaching is likely to become a platform for space or inspection and can not find applications. Only by combining these two aspects scientifically and organically can we find the direction of improving the quality and effectiveness of teaching so that we can make steady strides in the cultivation of the ideals and goals of high quality and applied talents needed by the society.
