【目的】观察医用超声探头消毒型耦合剂的杀菌效果。【方法】选择2014年11月在本院特诊科进行超声检查的60例患者,随机分为四组,每组各15名,每组分别给予不同的超声探头耦合剂。A 组使用普通型耦合剂,B、C、D 组分别使用不同生产厂家的消毒型耦合剂。经过细菌培养、计数、鉴定,了解皮肤表面带菌情况,观察不同耦合剂杀菌效果。【结果】A 组菌落计数为(317±56)CFU/cm2远高于 B 组(3±2)CFU/cm2、C 组(4±2)CFU/cm2、D 组(3±2)CFU/cm2,差异均具有统计学意义(P 0.05)。三种消毒型耦合剂的杀菌率均>99%。【结论】消毒型耦合剂相比较于传统消毒方法更方便,并且具有良好的杀菌效果;消毒型耦合剂的使用对降低院感发生率具有十分重要的意义。“,”[Objective]To observe the germicidal efficacy of the disinfectant couplant for medical ultrasonic probe.[Methods]60 patients were selected in our hospital in November 2014 and randomly divided into four groups with 1 5 in each .The group A used common coupling agent ,and various couplants manufactured by different suppliers were used in the group C,D and B.After bacterial culture,identification and counting,the surface of the skin infection and different coupling agent sterilization effect were observed and analyzed.[Re-sults]The colony count of the group A(31 7±56)CFU/cm2 was significantly higher than that of Group B(3 ± 2)CFU/cm2 ,Group C (4±2)CFU/cm2 and Group D (3 ±2)CFU/cm2 ,the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P < 0.01 );There was no significant difference between Group B,Group C and Group D (P 99%.[Conclusion]Compared with the traditional meth-od,the disinfection couplants are more convenient with good germicidal effect and are able to reduce the inci-dence of hospital infection as well.
