结肠脂肪瘤临床上很少见,且缺乏特异性症状与体征,故术前诊断率低,一般均以结肠癌处理。现将我院1987年～1998年所收治的经病理证实的结肠脂肪瘤作一回顾性分析,旨在提高术前诊断率,指导治疗。1　临床资料男1例,女4例;年龄最大79岁,最小41岁,平均53.4岁。病变部位:盲肠、升结肠 Clinically, colonic lipoma is rare and lacks specific symptoms and signs. Therefore, the preoperative diagnosis rate is low, and colon cancer is generally treated.
