目的探讨腔内三维超声自由解剖成像模式(Omniview)在子宫畸形诊断中的意义。方法 46例二维超声可疑子宫畸形者行腔内Omniview模式检查,诊断结果与宫腹腔镜结果对比,并用定量法对纵隔子宫、双角子宫及弓状子宫细化分型。结果腔内三维超声Omniview模式诊断子宫畸形的灵敏度为97.5%、特异度83.3%、阳性预测值97.5%,与宫腹腔镜检查结果具有高度一致性。结论腔内Omniview模式诊断子宫畸形简捷、无创、诊断迅速、准确,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the significance of three-dimensional (3D) ultrasound-free anatomical imaging (Omniview) in the diagnosis of uterine malformations. Methods Forty - six cases of suspected two - dimensional ultrasonic uterus malformations were examined by Omniview mode. The diagnostic results were compared with that of laparoscopy. The mediastinal, uterine and arcuate uterus were subdivided by quantitative method. Results The three-dimensional ultrasound Omniview mode of diagnosis of uterine malformation sensitivity was 97.5%, specificity of 83.3%, the positive predictive value of 97.5%, and hysteroscopy with a high degree of consistency. Conclusion The Omniview mode diagnosis of uterine malformation simple, noninvasive, rapid diagnosis, accurate, with high clinical value.
