目的:研究华中五味子Schisandra sphenanthera果实的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,凝胶柱色谱,重结晶等方法进行分离纯化,通过化合物的理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:从华中五味子果实的石油醚部位分离得到12个化合物,分别鉴定为(+)-安五脂素(1),五味子甲素(2),interiotherin A(3),五味子酸甲(4),β-谷甾醇(5),五味子酯丁(6),4-羟基苯甲醛(7),6-O-苯甲酰戈米辛O(8),schizandronic acid(9),schisanlactone D(10),schisanlactone B(11),kadsulac-tone A(12)。结论:化合物3,7,10~12为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of Schisandra sphenanthera fruit in Huazhong. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, gel column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by the physicochemical properties and spectral data of the compounds. Results: Twelve compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether fractions of Schisandra sphenanthera in Huazhong and identified as (+) - pentaconitus (1), schizandrin (2), interiotherin A (3) Schizandrolone (9), schisanlactone D (10), β-sitosterol (5), Schisandra chinensis ester 6, 4- hydroxybenzaldehyde 7, ), schisanlactone B (11), kadsulac-tone A (12). Conclusion: Compounds 3, 7 and 10 ~ 12 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
