周:怎样评定操行分数?(综合读者问)答:根据诸者来信提出的具体问题,提出下列几点意见:(一) 教育部关于实施中学生守則的指示中曾指出:“学生操行成績的評定以本守則为依据”。因此,評定操行成績必須依据学生守則,具体地分析学生行为的發展情况,考虑他們遵守学生守則的自觉程度,实事求是地予以評定。 (二) 迟到当然是違反守則的行为。但是我們不能不問具体情况如何一律看待。比如一个学生在一个学期中,偶然的迟到了一次,只几分鐘,又沒有其他違反学生守則的行为,一般地說,是不应該减少他的操行分数的。 (三) 違反学生守則是可以从許多方面来考查的。例如以按时上課来說,一个学生如果数次迟到,便是显著的違反学生守則;如果多次迟到,甚至發生随便缺課的情形,就是严重的違反守則。但是减少学生操行分数,应当經过校务会議审查,并經校長批准。
