我们都知道,数学课程实施主要包括“教”与“学”两个方面,“学”是主要方面,“教”的目的是为了帮助学生“学”.教师是新课程实施的主要力量,所以,教师应该从传统的角色中走出来,进一步明确自己在新课程背景下的角色定位.由于新课程对于教师角色的要求是多方面的,在新课标理念指导下,初中数学教师如何实现教师角色的真正转换?几年的教学实践使我对此有了不少心得体会,也产生了很好的教学效果.
