目的了解焦作市碘盐使用情况,分析监测结果中出现的问题。方法根据《全国碘盐监测方案》,第一层次每个一级生产、批发企业每月按东、南、西、北、中5个方位抽取一批8份盐样检测其含碘量;第二层次居民户每县(市、区)按东、南、西、北、中5个方位抽取9个乡(镇、居委会),每个乡(镇、居委会)抽取4个村(街道办事处),每个村(街道办事处)抽取8份盐样,每县(市、区)共收集250份盐样检测其含碘量,经人口加权计算出碘盐监测的各项指标。结果生产层次批质量合格率为100%;加权后居民层次非碘盐率0.96%,碘盐覆盖率99.04%、碘盐合格率98.31%、合格碘盐食用率97.39%。结论焦作市碘盐质量已经达到全省消除碘缺乏病碘盐的相应指标要求。
Objective To understand the use of iodized salt in Jiaozuo City and to analyze the problems in monitoring results. Methods According to the “National Iodized Salt Monitoring Program”, a batch of 8 salt samples were taken from each level 1 production and wholesale enterprise on a monthly basis at east, south, west, north and south to detect the iodine content. Two townships (sub-districts and sub-districts) draw nine townships (townships and neighborhood committees) in each of the five counties (east, south, west, north and south) and four villages (sub-district offices) ). Eight salt samples were collected from each village (subdistrict office). A total of 250 samples of salt were collected from each county (city, district) to determine their iodine content. Population-weighted indicators of iodized salt monitoring were collected. Results The qualified batch rate of production batch was 100%. The weighted non-iodized salt rate was 0.96%, the iodized salt coverage rate was 99.04%, the qualified rate of iodized salt was 98.31% and the qualified iodized salt rate was 97.39%. Conclusion The quality of iodized salt in Jiaozuo City has reached the corresponding index requirements of eliminating iodine deficiency iodine in the province.
