在高中语文教学中,学生的主体地位该如何体现呢?教师的主导作用通过哪些形式发挥出来呢?这些都和有效课堂有着密切的联系。笔者在本文遵循“先学后教,当堂训练”的理念,从学案设计的角度,有的放矢,有法可循,浅谈如何提高高中语文教师的教学水平,促进高效课堂的产生,从而提高高中生的语文素养,使他们成为建设祖国的栋梁之才。一、高中语文有效课堂学案设计的理论
