PISA和中考有相似之处,比如针对15周岁的学生年龄段、纸笔测试的评价方式、涵盖类似知识领域的评价内容、严密精细的评价过程等。然而,PISA所追求的“测量学生运用已学知识和技能综合解决实际问题的能力”的评价理念显然是目前中考缺乏和亟待加强的。更为重要的是,作为支撑评价理念的评价技术,PISA独特的测评工具开发模式可以用于借鉴、改进中考命题工作,使中考评价更适应二期课改和义务教育的需要。
PISA and the exam have similarities, such as for 15-year-old student age, paper and pencil test evaluation methods, covering similar areas of knowledge evaluation content, rigorous and meticulous evaluation process. However, the concept of evaluation pursued by PISA “to measure the ability of students to apply their learned knowledge and skills to comprehensively solve practical problems” is clearly lacking and urgently needed in the test. More importantly, as the evaluation technology supporting the concept of evaluation, PISA’s unique evaluation tool development model can be used to learn from and improve the work of the senior high school entrance examination questions so that the evaluation of secondary education can better meet the needs of the second-class curriculum reform and compulsory education.
