目的:探讨细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)和β-连环蛋白(β-cat)在胃癌表达及其与肿瘤生物学行为的关系。方法:应用免疫组化法检测50例胃癌组织、10例正常胃组织、20例胃腺瘤标本中细胞周期素D1和β-连环蛋白在胃癌中的表达。结果:胃癌β-cat的异常表达率(78.0%)高于胃腺瘤(60.0%),β-cat的表达异常与胃癌的分化程度、淋巴结转移密切相关,与胃癌的浸润深度、肿瘤大小无相关性。胃癌Cyclin D1的异常表达率(72.0%)高于胃腺瘤(60.0%),Cyclin D1的表达异常与胃癌的分化程度相关,而与胃癌的浸润、转移无相关性。结论:β-cat的异常表达与胃癌的分化和转移密切相关,β-cat异常表达导致Cyclin D1的激活而引起细胞增殖和分化失控。β-cat和Cyclin D1可作为反映胃癌生物学行为的指标。
Objective: To investigate the expression of cyclin D1 and β-catenin in gastric cancer and its relationship with the biological behavior of tumor. Methods: The expressions of cyclin D1 and β-catenin in gastric carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemistry in 50 specimens of gastric carcinoma, 10 specimens of normal gastric tissue and 20 specimens of gastric adenoma. Results: The abnormal expression rate of β-cat in gastric cancer (78.0%) was higher than that in gastric adenoma (60.0%). The abnormal expression of β-cat was closely related to the differentiation of gastric cancer and lymph node metastasis, but not to the depth of invasion and tumor size Sex. The abnormal expression of Cyclin D1 in gastric cancer was higher than that in gastric adenoma (60.0%). The abnormal expression of Cyclin D1 was related to the differentiation of gastric cancer, but not to the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer. Conclusion: The abnormal expression of β-cat is closely related to the differentiation and metastasis of gastric cancer. The abnormal expression of β-cat causes the activation of Cyclin D1, which leads to uncontrolled cell proliferation and differentiation. β-cat and Cyclin D1 can be used as indicators of biological behavior of gastric cancer.
