目的 :观察新型血栓素 A2 ( TXA2 )受体拮抗剂达曲班对异丙肾上腺素 ( Iso)诱导的大鼠心肌缺血损伤的保护作用及对心肌四性的影响。方法 :静脉注射 Iso诱发大鼠心肌缺血 ,记录缺血后心功能的变化及心肌细胞病理改变情况。用离体大鼠心房肌进行自律性、收缩性、兴奋性和不应性的研究。结果 :达曲班对缺血后心功能的下降有明显的抑制作用 ,并能明显减轻缺血损伤后心肌细胞坏死和浊肿现象。对离体心房肌能明显延长功能性不应期 ,抑制肾上腺素诱发的自律性 ,而对收缩性和兴奋性无明显影响。 结论 :达曲班有较强的抗心肌缺血作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the protective effect of Daqaban, a novel TXA2 receptor antagonist, on myocardial ischemia induced by isoproterenol (Iso) in rats and its effect on cardiac IV. Methods: Myocardial ischemia was induced by intravenous injection of Iso, the changes of cardiac function after ischemia and pathological changes of myocardial cells were recorded. Study on the Autonomic, Contractility, Excitability and Refractoriness of Isolated Rat Atrial Muscle. Results: Daqu group had a significant inhibitory effect on the decline of cardiac function after ischemia, and could significantly reduce the myocardial necrosis and turbidity after ischemic injury. Isolated atrial fibrillation can significantly extend the functional refractory period, inhibition of adrenaline-induced self-regulation, while no significant effect on contractility and excitability. Conclusion: Daqu group has strong anti-myocardial ischemia.
