物业管理专业实施现代学徒制模式,使学生在企业学徒期间,快速掌握职业技能。但是,学校和企业承担着人才培养风险,主要集中在学徒期间的学生自身原因造成的安全因素,以及校内教师实践经验有限导致指导学生不到位。企业在参与人才培养过程中存在人力资源培养成本风险和安全生产风险。学校与企业必须采取建立风险规避机制,实现学生、学校、企业三方共赢局面。
The property management professional implements the modern apprenticeship model to enable students to quickly acquire professional skills during apprenticeship. However, schools and enterprises bear the risk of personnel training, mainly focusing on the safety factors caused by students’ own reasons during the apprenticeship and the limited practical experience of teachers in the schools, so as to guide students to be in the wrong place. Enterprises in the process of participating in the training of human resources exist to develop cost and production safety risk. Schools and enterprises must take the risk-averse mechanism and establish a win-win situation for students, schools and enterprises.
