目的 研究体外白细胞介素 - 1 5 (IL- 1 5 )对人外周血嗜中性粒细胞抗白念珠菌活性的影响。方法 将分离纯化的人外周血嗜中性粒细胞 (PMN)与一定浓度的 IL - 1 5共育一定时间后 ,检测其吞噬热灭活白念珠菌和杀伤酵母型白念珠菌的能力。结果 未受 IL - 1 5活化的 PMN也可吞噬和杀伤白念珠菌 ,但 IL-1 5可明显增强 PMN的吞噬和杀伤白念珠菌活性 ,且这种作用在本实验条件下呈 IL- 1 5浓度依赖性。结论 IL- 1 5可明显增强 PMN的吞噬和杀伤白念珠菌活性 ,为 IL- 1 5用于治疗念珠菌病提供了实验依据。
Objective To investigate the effect of interleukin-15 (IL-15) on the activity of anti-Candida albicans in human peripheral blood neutrophils. Methods Purified human peripheral blood neutrophils (PMN) were incubated with IL - 1 5 at a certain concentration for a certain period of time to detect their phagocytosis of Candida albicans and Candida albicans. RESULTS: PMNs that were not activated by IL - 1 5 also phagocytized and killed Candida albicans, but IL - 1 5 significantly enhanced phagocytosis and killing of Candida albicans by PMN, and this effect showed IL - 1 5 concentration-dependent. Conclusion IL-1 5 can significantly enhance phagocytosis and kill Candida albicans activity of PMN, providing an experimental basis for the treatment of candidiasis with IL-15.
