目的探讨准分子激光在青少年角膜外伤后散光治疗的有效性、安全性及术后立体视的变化。方法采用准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗角膜穿通伤后稳定1年以上,瘢痕在瞳孔区以外的散光38例38眼,术前散光-1.25~-5.25D,随访1年以上,并对其资料进行分析。结果术前裸眼视力均在0.1以下,术后均在0.3以上,术后12个月在0.8以上者81.58%,且全部获得了远近立体视。结论准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术治疗青少年的角膜穿孔伤术后的散光疗效令人满意,可使患者立体视功能恢复,疗效确切、安全、可靠。
Objective To investigate the effectiveness, safety and postoperative stereoscopic changes of excimer laser in the treatment of corneal trauma in children. Methods The laser in situ keratomileusis was used to treat corneal penetrating injury for more than one year. The 38 cases of 38 cases of astigmatism outside the pupil area were treated with excimer laser in situ keratomileusis. The preoperative astigmatism was -1.25 ~ -5.25D, followed up for more than 1 year Its data analysis. Results The preoperative uncorrected visual acuity was less than 0.1, all of them were above 0.3 after operation. At 12 months after operation, the uncorrected visual acuity was above 0.8 and 81.58% respectively, and all had near and far stereopsis. Conclusions Excimer laser in situ keratomileusis is satisfactory for astigmatism after traumatic corneal perforation in young patients. It can restore stereopsis to patients with definite curative effect and safety and reliability.
