对7例失语症患者及40例正常受试者在5项言语作业时记录脑电图,计算各项言语作业中16个电极上δ、θ、α1、α2、β的功率值。与安静睁、闭眼时相应的功率值比较,以了解大脑各区域的激活状况。结果表明5种言语作业均有大脑两半球参与,正常受试组均为左半球占优势,而在失语症组由于左半球病损后,皮质的活动区域减少,激活能力减低,加工需要右半球来分担,因而出现各种失语症状。
EEG was recorded in 7 cases of aphasia and 40 cases of normal subjects. The power values of δ, θ, α1, α2, β on 16 electrodes in each speech operation were calculated. And quiet eyes open, eyes closed corresponding power values compared to understand the brain activation of the region. The results showed that all five kinds of speech assignments involved the two hemispheres, while the left hemisphere was dominant in the normal subjects. However, in the aphasia group, due to the lesion of the left hemisphere, the cortical activity decreased and the activation ability decreased. To share, resulting in a variety of aphasia symptoms.
