我在通州区市政收费站任兼职工会主席,工作实践使我体会到工会工作的重要。要做好工会工作就必须从职工的切身利益和实际出发,以江泽民同志“三个代表”重要思想为指针,真心诚意的关心职工为职工办事,严于律己、勇于奉献。下面谈谈我的工作体会: I was a part-time union chairman in the municipal toll station in Tongzhou District. My work experience made me realize the importance of work in the trade union. In order to do well the work of trade unions, we must proceed from the immediate interests and actual conditions of our employees and take Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important thinking of the “Three Represents” as a guideline.
