课堂教学是孩子一天中系统接受知识的主要方式。为了在这有限的时间里让每个孩子都对课堂上的教学活动感兴趣,能基本掌握课堂上所传授的知识,我根据心理学“操作性条件反射”的原理,想方设法让孩子在课堂中有自我操作练习的机会,以巩固所学得的知识。例一:小班谈话课,“汽车开来了”目的要求:复习巩固公共汽车等常见车辆的明显特征。同时帮助幼儿熟悉一般交通规则。进行过程: 一、活动性游戏“红灯和绿灯”。让每个孩子都扮演汽车驾驶员,自由地在课堂上边学鸣叫、边行走。还让孩子以不同鸣叫声来表示救护车、洒水车、消防车。出示“红灯”时,孩子们立即蹲下。最后孩子坐到位置上以示车进了停车场。二、让孩子口头描述车的外形,教师以画画方
