Many ear drops are effective against otitis externa and contain hormones and antibiotics but are allergic to some patients. This paper reports an anhydrous propylene glycol ethylene glycol dexamethasone solution, containing 99.9% propylene glycol and 0.1% dexamethasone, clinical application of antimicrobial (bacterial and fungal infections) have good effect. Fifty patients (53 ears) of otitis media between 5-71 years of age were treated with this solution
