目的观察前列腺癌中DNA错配修复基因(MMR)PMS2和MSH6的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组化SP法检测40例前列腺癌癌组织及癌旁组织中MMR蛋白的表达情况。结果 PMS2和MSH6在前列腺癌中的阳性率分别为77.5%和85%,在癌旁组织中的阳性率分别为47.5%和37.5%;两组比较PMS2和MSH6的表达差异显著(P<0.01)。前列腺癌组织中PMS2的表达与患者血清PSA,肿瘤临床分期和Gleason评分存在相关性(P<0.01)。结论 MSH6和PMS2的高表达可能与前列腺癌的发生有关,且PMS2可能与前列腺癌的侵袭、转移有密切关系。
Objective To observe the expression and significance of DNA mismatch repair gene (MMR) PMS2 and MSH6 in prostate cancer. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMR protein in 40 cases of prostate cancer tissues and adjacent tissues. Results The positive rates of PMS2 and MSH6 in prostate cancer were 77.5% and 85%, respectively. The positive rates of PMS2 and MSH6 in adjacent tissues were 47.5% and 37.5% respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups in the expression of PMS2 and MSH6 (P <0.01) . The expression of PMS2 in prostate cancer was correlated with the serum PSA, tumor clinical stage and Gleason score (P <0.01). Conclusion The high expression of MSH6 and PMS2 may be related to the occurrence of prostate cancer, and PMS2 may be closely related to the invasion and metastasis of prostate cancer.
