目的探讨分子吸附再循环系统(molecular adsorhent recycling system,MARS)人工肝治疗妊娠合并重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法 2008年1月-2009年8月对10例妊娠合并重型肝炎患者采取MARS人工肝治疗12次,其中8例治疗1次,2例各治疗2次。结果 10例患者经过MARS人工肝治疗各项指标均有一定的好转,各项化验指标明显改善,且无不良反应。结论 MARS人工肝治疗对于妊娠合并重型肝炎患者有较好的疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of molecular adsorhent recycling system (MARS) artificial liver in the treatment of severe hepatitis with pregnancy. Methods From January 2008 to August 2009, 10 cases of pregnancy complicated with severe hepatitis were treated with MARS artificial liver for 12 times, of which 8 cases were treated once and 2 cases were treated twice. Results The results showed that all the indexes of 10 patients improved after MARS artificial liver treatment, and the indexes of all the tests were significantly improved with no adverse reactions. Conclusion MARS artificial liver therapy has a good effect on patients with severe hepatitis during pregnancy.
