2008年是《劳动合同法》正式实施的第一个年头,企业人力资源工作者面临着前所未有的挑战与考验。新法实施一年来,劳动者维权意识不断提高,一些企业存在的用工不规范、人力资源管理不到位、劳动关系不清晰等问题逐渐暴露出来。为此,我们必须面对现实,认真分析和查找企业原有用工制度中不完善的地方,加以改进和完善,来规范企业用工行为。笔者结合中国移动衢州分公司人力资源管理工作的实际现状,在企业用工方面做了探索和改进,本文就招聘工作的一点体会与人力资源同行分享。
2008 is the first year of formal implementation of the Labor Contract Law, and human resources workers in enterprises are facing unprecedented challenges and tests. Over the past year since the implementation of the new law, workers’ awareness of safeguarding their rights has been continuously raised. Some enterprises have gradually exposed the problems of irregular employment, inadequate human resources management and unclear labor relations. To this end, we must face reality, conscientiously analyze and find out the imperfections in the original employment system of the enterprise, and improve and perfect it to regulate the employment behavior of enterprises. Based on the actual status quo of human resources management in China Mobile Quzhou Branch, the author explored and improved the employment of enterprises. This article will share the experience of recruitment with the peer of human resources.
