文章应用实际调查和工效学理论分析相结合的方法,从公路技术规范本身、运营诱发事故的因素,以及设置港湾式紧急停车带的科学性和必要性,研究了在中国大陆现行条件下以有限的硬路肩宽度作为高等级公路临时停车区所存在的潜在危害问题;在此基础上得出对相关技术规范进行修订和对已建高等级公路进行合理改造的结论。结论对提升高等级公路运营安全性有一定指导。
