企业的人本管理思想,顾名思义就是“以人为本”的管理理念。在我国社会主义市场经济大环境影响下,我国企业现代化管理思想大潮涌动。作为支撑国民经济发展主体之一的国有建筑企业来讲,以人为本的管理思想能否得到深入理解、灵活运用,则关系到了整个国有建筑企业的发展。本文就从人本管理思想的概念、重要性及作用,结合建筑业本身固有的特点及欠缺,论述在国有建筑企业中人本管理思想该如何应用。
Enterprise-based management thinking, as the name suggests is the “people-oriented” management philosophy. Under the influence of the socialist market economy environment in our country, the tide of management of our country’s enterprise modernization has surged. As a state-owned construction enterprise that is one of the mainstay of national economic development, whether the people-oriented management thought can be deeply understood and flexibly utilized is related to the development of the entire state-owned construction enterprise. Based on the concept, importance and function of humanistic management thought, combined with the inherent characteristics and deficiencies of the construction industry, this article discusses how to apply the humanistic management thought in state-owned construction enterprises.
