立足冲突的正向功能和建设性作用,探讨了教师如何从两个方面在师生冲突中实现自身的价值取向:一是教师反思、转变工作思路,以学生为中心贯彻人本教育,培养人格健全、有道德的学生;二是构建和谐的教育环境,减少外部不利因素造成的影响,促进教师的自我成长,提升教师建立和谐师生关系的教育管理水平。教师能够在处理冲突的过程中将自我成长与学生发展融为一体,最大限度地实现自己的价值取向。
Based on the positive function and constructive role of conflict, this paper explores how teachers can realize their own value orientation in the conflict between teachers and students from two aspects: first, teachers reflect on themselves, change their thinking of work, carry out humanistic education based on students, and develop personality Sound and ethical students. The other is to construct a harmonious educational environment, reduce the impact of external unfavorable factors, promote the self-growth of teachers and enhance teachers’ education and management in the harmonious relationship between teachers and students. Teachers can integrate self-growth with student development in the process of conflict management to maximize their value orientation.
