有资料显示,运动员的比赛成功率70%是素质、技术、战术等,30%则应归于心理因素,而心理素质应从儿童少年开始培养,成人后才能形成稳定的心理。心理训练有广义和狭义两种,广义是指有目的、有计划地培养和发展各种运动项目所需要的心理能力和修改品质,为运动员取得优异成绩做各种准备。狭义是培养运动员具有控制和调节自己心理状态的能力,在临赛时处于最佳竞技态度。笔者调查了40名游泳运动员,男女各20人,年龄最大为14岁,最小的10岁;训练年限4-8年之
