对湿地松苗期黄化现象进行了大量调查,采集湿地松正常苗和黄化苗及相应育苗基质26个样品,进行常量和微量元素分析;苗期黄化种质、侵染性、基质C/n值等试验。湿地松苗期黄化非种质所引起;不具侵染性;基质pH值大于7,速效磷大于400mg/kg,交换性钙(1/2Ca)大于10cmol/kg,C/N值大于180,湿地松苗期均出现黄化现象;此外,基质积水,基质中参有未腐熟有机质,低温移栽等也会导致苗期黄化。提出了相应的湿地松苗期黄化预防措施。
