中层管理人员在发电企业的运营和发展中有着极其重要的地位和作用,如何准确鉴别中层管理人员的胜任力,充分发挥他们的才能,是发电企业人力资源管理的难点问题。在分析发电企业特点的基础上,探讨了发电企业中层管理人员的胜任力模型的构建流程,将文献分析法、行为事件访谈法和调查问卷法相结合,建立了发电企业中层管理人员胜任力模型,为发电企业中层管理人员的工作分析、选拔、培训、绩效考核等提供了科学依据和参考。
Middle managers have an extremely important position and role in the operation and development of power generation enterprises. How to accurately identify the competencies of middle managers and give full play to their talents is a difficult issue of human resources management in power generation enterprises.
