去年,我省在遭受自然灾害和一部分行业生产严重滑坡的情况下,经济效益的增长速度仍然保持了全国靠前的位置,其中一个重要原因就是全省扎扎实实地开展了学邯钢活动。省、市分别抓好50家典型企业和300多家“种子队”,在重点突破、整体推动上,起到了示范作用。各地、各部门、各企业都结合各自的实际,紧紧环绕两个转变,从“三改一加强”上着力,通过发展企业集团,调整产品结构,实施名牌战略,推进技术开发创新等,使学邯钢活动取得实际成效。省委、省政府确定的学邯钢挖潜增效指标完成情况较好,因而,1996年,我省工业经济增长幅度好于全国平均水平,特别是利税、利润两项重要指标,增幅在全国名列前茅。 我省的学邯钢活动虽然取得了一定成效,但并不等于各地、各行业的学习活动都搞得很好,更不是工作已经到顶再没有潜力可挖。 Last year, one of the important reasons for the rapid economic growth despite the natural disaster and the serious landslide of production in some industries in our province was that the province conducted a solid study of Handan Iron and Steel Company activities.
