目的:观察三氯苯达唑对大鼠斯氏狸殖吸虫感染的治疗效果。方法:从四川威远县和重庆万盛区采集的溪蟹中分离斯氏狸殖吸虫囊蚴,腹腔内注射感染大鼠。感染后1月和2月分别用总剂量为300mg/kg,2d分服,450mg/kg,3d分服和600mg/kg,3d分服的三氯苯达唑治疗。结果:治后1月解剖,活虫减少率依次为50%、80%和87%,并在肌肉、肝脏、腹腔、胸腔和肺部均发现虫体明著缩小(约1.5mm)呈灰白色的死虫。对照组大鼠肺部可见较大的黑色虫囊,内含活的成虫及虫卵。治疗组大鼠肺部虫囊大多数萎缩,成为出血及坏死性病灶。结论:三氯苯达唑对斯氏狸殖吸虫有良好的杀虫作用。
Objective: To observe the curative effect of triclabendazole on the infection of S. copepioni in rats. Methods: The metacercaria of T. gondii was isolated from the crabs collected from Weiyuan County, Sichuan Province and Wansheng District in Chongqing. The infected rats were injected intraperitoneally. The infected animals were treated with triclabendazole at doses of 300mg / kg, 2d, 450mg / kg, 3d and 600mg / kg in January and February respectively. Results: After 1 month of treatment, the reduction rates of live insects were 50%, 80% and 87%, respectively. And they were found to be diminished in muscle, liver, abdominal cavity, chest cavity and lung (about 1.5mm) Dead insects. In the control group, a larger black worm capsule was found in the lungs of the rats, which contained live adults and eggs. In the treatment group, most of the lung blastocysts of the rats shrank and become hemorrhagic and necrotic lesions. Conclusion: Trichlorobenzeazole has a good insecticidal effect against the genus Trichogramma.
