目的探讨血清激素水平对急性颅脑损伤患者的意义及与预后的关系。方法选取惠东人民医院急性颅脑损伤患者新入院病例73例作为研究对象,根据格拉斯评分,将患者分为轻度颅脑损伤21例,中度颅脑损伤28例,重度颅脑损伤24例,对比观察患者入院1 d时的促甲状腺激素(TSH)、促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)、催乳素(PRL)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、生长激素(GH)、黄体生成素(LH),以及不同预后状况患者对应激素水平。结果关于患者急性颅脑损伤严重程度,ACTH、PRL、FSH、LH与急性颅脑损伤严重程度成正相关,TSH与急性颅脑损伤严重程度成负相关,经统计学分析,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);GH与急性颅脑损伤严重程度之间无相关关系,经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在患者预后状况方面,ACTH、PRL、FSH、LH与急性颅脑损伤预后不良程度成正相关,TSH与急性颅脑损伤预后不良程度成负相关,经统计学分析,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);GH与急性颅脑损伤预后不良程度之间无相关关系,经统计学分析,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在急性颅脑损伤方面,ACTH、PRL、FSH和LH与其发生严重程度成正相关,TSH与急性颅脑损伤严重程度及预后不良程度成负相关。
Objective To investigate the significance of serum hormone levels in patients with acute craniocerebral injury and its relationship with prognosis. Methods A total of 73 newly admitted patients with acute traumatic brain injury in Huidong People’s Hospital were selected as subjects. There was no correlation between GH and the severity of acute brain injury. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). In patients with prognosis, ACTH, PRL, FSH, LH and acute brain injury prognosis is negatively correlated with the degree of adverse, TSH acute craniocerebral injury adverse prognosis is negatively correlated, the statistical analysis, the differences were statistically significant (both P <0.05). There was no correlation between GH and the poor prognosis of acute craniocerebral injury. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusions In acute craniocerebral injury, ACTH, PRL, FSH and LH have a positive correlation with their severity. TSH is negatively correlated with the severity of acute craniocerebral injury and the degree of prognosis.
