我国有句老话:“活到老,学到老”。这句话激励人们要在自己的生命过程中不断学习,不断提高自身的素质,以适应迅速变化的外部社会。现代社会人才竞争的加剧更使不断学习,不断提高自身素质摆到了每个人生活的重要位置,于是,为了满足人们的这种需要,各种各样的培训班便应运而生。技能培训、知识培训以及以改变人们的思维方式提高员工的工作效率为目的的企业内训和个人成长的培训也渐渐成了人们谈论的热门话题。
