目的:探索玻璃离子牙合垫在固定矫治中的临床运用。方法:在双侧下颌第一磨牙及双尖牙牙合面制作粘玻璃离子牙合垫打开咬合。解除上下颌牙齿的制锁作用,在固定矫治早期协助牙列排齐及牙弓整平。结果:在固定矫治早期运用玻璃离子粘固剂作牙合垫,打开咬合制锁,取得排齐牙列及整平牙弓的辅助作用。结论:在固定矫治早期运用玻璃离子作牙合垫打开咬合是可行的。
Objective: To explore the clinical application of glass ionium occlusal pad in the treatment of fixed appliance. METHODS: A double-sided mandibular first molar and bicuspid occlusal surface were used to make a viscous glass ion-occlusal pad to open the bite. Lifting the maxillary and mandibular teeth locking effect, in the early stage of orthodontic treatment to help dentition alignment and dental arch leveling. Results: In the early period of fixed orthodontics using glass ionomer cement for the occlusal pad, open the bite system lock, to obtain alignment dentures and dental arch auxiliary role. Conclusion: It is feasible to use glass ion for occlusal occlusion in early stage of orthodontic treatment.
